Having a professional guide you through planning your big day is NEVER a bad idea! You don't want to put that stress on a family member or friend!
We want to ensure you are not running around anxious making sure things get done on your wedding day. As a coordinator, I would work ahead of time to assemble all that you have envisioned for the day!
Month of Coordination Covers:
- Two Planning Meetings (1 month + 2 weeks prior to the wedding date)
- 6 or 12 Month Wedding Checklist/Calendar
- Custom Wedding Binder including timelines, floor plans, vendor contact, etc.
- 10 Hours of Coordination: Set Up and Tear Down on Wedding Day
- One Hour Rehearsal Coordination
- Vendor Communication 2 Weeks Out
